1、 Product Introduction:
The combination method is to use an American Bolefei viscometer combined with a high-temperature furnace, and develop software through Huanao Design, while controlling and analyzing the collection of viscosity temperature data. The viscosity value is measured by the torque generated by continuous rotation immersed in the tested liquid. The torque is proportional to the resistance formed by the viscous drag of the rotor immersed in the sample, and therefore proportional to the viscosity. A high-temperature viscometer is a device that uses a rotor to measure the viscosity characteristics of a melt at high temperatures. This requires the instrument to have precise temperature control and accurate measurement of viscosity.
2、 Test host:
The viscosity test mainly uses the Brookfield DV-T rheometer from the United States, which has a wide testing range and very high accuracy. Combined with NIST standard glass, it has the function of calibrating instruments at room temperature and high temperature. The following is the operating interface of the host: When performing calibration, we usually choose single machine operation, while when testing our own samples, we use computer operation. The system automatically collects data according to customer needs, and then further analyzes and processes the raw data as the object data.

4、 Technical features:
1. The combination high-temperature viscometer BCT1700 software HaTherm is used to set the rotor parameters of the rotary viscometer, perform experimental calibration of SMC and SRC, implement programming for multi-step rheological cycle testing, display graphics, and generate report exports.
2. The viscosity meter adopts the Brookfield DV-T host rheometer sensor from the United States, and the temperature adopts the Omega high-precision B-type double platinum rhodium thermocouple from the United States.
3. The temperature control adopts EuroTherm thermostat and thyristor, and the program can be set with 8 stages and 16 steps for program control, with a temperature control accuracy of ± 0.1 ℃.
4. The sample furnace uses imported heating elements with 6 U-shaped silicon molybdenum rods. The silicon molybdenum rods have a long working life in the hot state and high thermal utilization rate of high-quality insulation materials.
5. Atmosphere control system, Leybold two-stage rotary vane vacuum pump for vacuuming, can introduce mixed gas into the vacuum furnace tube, and control the one-way backflow of gas.
6. Control the lifting of the rotor. The lifting system controls the sensor connected to the lower end of the rotating rod to immerse the rotor into the measured object, displaying the height of the liquid level and accurately positioning the depth of the rotor's immersion in the melt to prevent damage from the rotor touching the bottom of the crucible.
